Receiving Your Goods

Your order may require a signature upon delivery. (depending value)

Upon the receipt of goods, please check for lost or damage goods as soon as you can, we know this isn’t always possible but the sooner we know the faster we can resolve the issue. In the unlikely event you need to contact us regarding this, the best and speediest way to contact us is by phone.


Choosing Another Delivery Address

Using an alternate delivery address is achieve by clicking the “Choose Another Delivery Address” button in the Customer Information page, this will come up as you proceed to the Checkout. At this point you can add another delivery address. The System can save several addresses in your address book. Please be aware the next order you place may have the last alternate delivery address set as the default.

Note: If you have used the alternative delivery address, we cannot take responsibility if you don’t receive the goods even though they have been signed for.

We will take responsibility that the goods have been delivered to the alternative delivery address.



Liability’s for Delivery and Product

We advised customers not to book any boat lifts, contractors, service or the like before receiving, inspecting & checking that the parts/fittings are correct.

Times of delivery/s shall not be of the essence of the contract and we the Supplier shall not be liable for any loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay or error in the delivery of the goods.
